Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Website Architechs ("we", "us"), which runs WA Invoices (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use WA Invoices for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1. What WA Invoices does
WA Invoices helps you create and send invoices and estimates, record payments, track expenses and time, and let your clients pay online through payment providers you connect (such as PayPal or Stripe). We are not a bank, payment processor or accountant, and we never hold your money: payments go directly from your clients to your own payment account.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password safe and turn on two-step login. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at luke.hendricks@websitearchitech.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WA Invoices to:
- send fake, fraudulent or misleading invoices, or invoices for illegal goods or services;
- send spam or email people who haven't done business with you;
- break any law, including tax, consumer-protection and privacy laws;
- try to access other accounts, overload or attack the service, or get around its security.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content and your clients' data
You own the information you put into WA Invoices (your business details, clients, invoices and so on). You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to share your clients' details with us and for the accuracy of your invoices and taxes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
5. Payment providers
When you connect PayPal, Stripe or another provider, your use of it is governed by that provider's own terms and fees. We aren't responsible for their decisions, holds, refunds or disputes.
6. Price
WA Invoices is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days before anything you use starts to cost money, and you can export your data and leave if you don't want to pay.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep WA Invoices running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features. Keep your own copies of important records: you can download all of your data at any time from Account → Your data.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will give notice when we reasonably can.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which during free early access is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use WA Invoices after that means you accept the new terms.
